Richard - thanks for help trying to clear up the propositions on the ballot this year.
Given that the payday industry has poured over $12 million into their campaign to mislead people into thinking that Prop 200 is reform - well, things do tend to get a little foggy.
We're trying to clear up the misconceptions about Prop 200 - like how if it passes, it will actually protect the 400% interest rates for the payday system.
