It pays to count, pedometer study finds

CHICAGO (Reuters) - People who use a pedometer to measure how far they walk lose more weight, exercise more and have lower blood pressure than those who do not, researchers said on Tuesday

Lorin and I wore one when we were in Mexico a couple of years ago and averaged 8-10 miles a day. Now I can't find it....hmmmm maybe what goes to Mexico, stays in Mexico! Liza
